What we did for a Financial Advisory firm
Pain Points
The senior team dedicates significant time to networking, exploratory meetings, and nurturing long-term opportunities. However:
- Formalizing this knowledge requires up to an hour per day per Partner.
- Only a fraction is ever structured—and even less is reactivated when relevant.
- Sharing insights across 4 offices (Asia and Europe) and 30 team members remains difficult.
Meanwhile, a constant flow of external inputs—deal news, industry trends, network updates—is received. However:
- Most of this information isn’t structured to enrich company knowledge.
- Associates spend time on ad-hoc research, often working reactively, to obtain parcellar data that requires processing to be actionable.
Solution
We implemented AI-powered workflows to:
- Ingest internal and external data automatically, with no or minimal human input.
- Verify, grade, and trace data quality through AI-driven workflows.
- Suggest relevant matches with company context, people profiles, match rationale, and next steps.
The solutions implemented handle the following complication:
- Data Confidentiality, Privacy, and Security
Much of the information received from clients is governed by confidentiality agreements and subject to strict privacy rules. The solution enforces access controls and secure data handling to ensure sensitive content is only accessible to the relevant project teams.
For example: confidential materials shared by a client under NDA are restricted to the assigned team and excluded from global enrichment workflows.
The system also performs automated triage of content—identifying emails and documents that are personal, confidential, or fit for team collaboration. All protected data flows operate through infrastructure certified to the highest security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II).
- Conflicting and Hierarchical Data Sources
Information often comes from multiple sources, sometimes with discrepancies. The solution includes a confidence scoring system that prioritizes and reconciles conflicting data based on source reliability and context.
For example: if two sources report different revenue figures for the same company, the system applies defined rules and historical performance to select the most reliable value.
- Traceability of System Actions
Every modification performed by the system—whether enrichment, update, or deletion—is traceable end-to-end.
For example: if the revenue field of a contact company is updated, the system logs which source or rule triggered the change and when it occurred.
This traceability supports compliance, data quality, and user confidence in automation.
- Simple User Experience
All of this complexity is managed with a streamlined, intuitive interface.
For example: a new contact can be created and qualified with no human action required; users are notified on demand of any updates made by the system and can review or edit them in just a few clicks—without needing to navigate underlying validation rules, security controls, or data conflict logic.
Customized workflows and interface design ensure the system supports productivity while minimizing friction.

Testimonial
"With Korefocus, every relevant info—whether from a meeting, an email, or external data sources we trust—is now automatically captured and structured in my CRM. Previously, most of it would just have been lost due to time constraints and system limitations.
This gives me a dynamic, enriched and structured view of our collective company knowledge without manual input.By combining internal information with external intelligence, I can instantly surface the right opportunities and make relevant matches.
It’s a game changer: I close deals faster, unlock higher valuations, and fully leverage our network across all four offices.
Plus, I save 30–45 minutes a day on tedious tasks—Korefocus just works, quietly and powerfully in the background."
